This past week during the evening of high winds, my Bradford Pear tree decided it wanted to take a spill. Oddly, I had been standing at the very point in the yard where it fell, not five minutes earlier as I was watering flowers. I was lucky to have placed a call to Scott's Landscaping and Tree Service. He answered the call on the first ring, I texted him photos of the damage, and he quoted me via text. Even though there wasn't alot of light left in the day, he drove all the way to my home that very evening and got started on the project to work on the large fallen branches (that came within a foot of the corner of my home). Over the next two days he showed up when he was supposed to, worked very diligently in the heat and humidity of 90 degree plus weather. He didn't sit down, he worked, and his cool crew of helpers worked equally as hard. As an up and coming business I realize how difficult it must be to get your business off the ground, and I'm so glad that I met this young man because he is a man of integrity and keeps his word. He instantly made a believer out of me by showing the initiative to come over the very night the tree fell, to help this "damsel in distress". I gave him a chance and he didn't disappoint. I would encourage others who are looking for a company to help with tree trimming, tree removal, landscaping, etc. to give this man a chance to earn your business. He certainly has mine -- and I've been told I'm hard to please. The best part is, business aside, I believe I made a friend in the process.
